    Commodore S. M. Moniruzzaman (Retd.)

    Chairman

    Commodore S.M Moniruzzaman is Chairman of the Company. He is a graduate from Naval College of Engineering, India who obtained his DOT First Class on Marine engineering from UK. Prior to stepping into business, Commodore S.M Moniruzzaman worked in Bangladesh Naval for 37 years in various capacities and retired as Commodore. He is an entrepreneur with strong administrative and managerial capabilities and possesses vast knowledge on national and international financing. He has also acquired wide knowledge and experience in import, export, industrial management and quality control in textile sector.

    Engr. Md. Moslem Ali

    Managing Director

    Engr. Md Moslem Ali is Managing Director of TechVen Properties Ltd. He is a graduate civil engineer by profession. He has 28 years practical experience in construction, management and planning. He has extensive knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM), health and safety of site supervisors and labors, electrical services etc. He is an entrepreneur, business manager and marketing specialist with comprehensive experience in national financing.
